Cancellation of the order must be done within 24 - 72 hrs after placing an order because after 72 hrs we will be working on the body preparation that includes the structuring, filing, drying process of the wood and painting. Installation and final wiring of electronic parts, and the installation of the pickup guard. This includes grounding wires and grounding connections from strings and output jacks and we do not rush it since this is the critical steps and intricate part in assemble of the guitar. And also, we set up the strings heights and adjust intonation, action, and pickup heights. Fine-tuning the neck angle, setting the bridge assembly, and lubricating the string paths are some of the last procedure we perform before hitting that first power chord. Due to the custom nature of our guitars, we cannot accept cancellation after 72 hrs.
