You will receive an email updates regularly and until the guitar is finish. And also, updates are usually sent after 10-15 days the order was placed because in between those days we are working on the body preparation that includes the structuring, filing, drying process of the wood and painting.
We do not rush up the process of manufacturing your guitar since we would like to deliver to you best quality performance.
Our Company policy for Custom Guitars, we allow changes and modifications within 48 hrs after placing an order because after that we will start the body preparations of the guitar and that includes the structuring, filing, drying process of the wood and painting. We do not allow revisions after 72 hrs after placing an order so that we can avoid imperfections in the craftsmanship due to late modification of requirements and to avoid delays because we maintain a high level of quality.
