We asked our valued customers to bear with us most especially for orders that were already shipped since this global pandemic crisis and lockdown of each country is beyond our control but we assured you that all of the packages will be delivered as soon as the lockdown has been lifted/removed then the shipment process will be back to normal and there is nothing to worry since all of our packages are insured

Normally, if there is no locked down in New York and California, the shipment is very fast it took only 10-15 days but this March the delay was caused by the issue of Covid-19 and lots of flights were canceled, the shipments will take longer than before. We also do not want this to happen, but we cannot control it.

In light of this Covid19 pandemic and to give you peace of mind, all of our packages are insured for full refund or product replacement in order to protect our valued customers. And also, signature is required upon delivery. We uphold our integrity and protect our good reputation to our Banking Partners as we have been in the business for more than 20 years.

We deeply apologize for the delays because of the current situation which we do not have full control and the reason why their is delayed.

We hope you and your family stay healthy, and we greatly appreciate your patience and kind understanding during these unprecedented times.
